BPJL Gaming — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BPJL Gaming! This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 15H00 will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods (new set releases, restocks, pre-orders), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
All singles are checked against listed condition before packing; sealed product is inspected for factory seal integrity.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, load-shedding, strikes, or courier issues are outside our control.

Collection: Free collection is available from our Centurion, Pretoria location, but must be arranged in advance. Please contact us to schedule a collection time before your order is ready.

Note: BPJL Gaming currently ships only within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your selected method:
- Collection (Centurion, Pretoria only): Free, by prior arrangement.
- Standard door-to-door: R150, free on orders of R2500 or more.
- Express door-to-door: R250, free on orders of R3500 or more.
- Pudo-to-Pudo (small packages): R69.
- Pudo-to-Pudo (medium to large packages): R90.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link from our courier partner (e.g., [The Courier Guy / Fastway / Aramex / PAXI]). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Packaging & Shipping Restrictions

All TCG items (booster packs, boxes, singles, sealed product) are carefully packaged to prevent bending, crushing, or moisture damage during transit — typically using rigid mailers, card sleeves/toploaders for singles, and void fill for boxes.
High-value singles or sealed product may require a signature upon delivery.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes for larger items (e.g., booster boxes, display cases), unless otherwise noted.
We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling once a package has been accepted by the courier, but please see Section 6 below if this happens.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@bpjlgaming.comwithin [X days] of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund per our [Refund Policy].
Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any visible damage as soon as possible, ideally with photos.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BPJL Gaming is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at orders@bpjlgaming.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
